How often do you blink?
I don’t know but oh my god I use to have problems blinking it makes no sense but like I would blink too much and focus on it so much and it would freak me out then I found out it’s just because my eyes were too dry so I felt a need to blink more to get liquid or something idk then the doctor recommended eye drops so like I got em and then my anxiety started and it got worse now I don’t even notice it so I’m good with my blinks now
